This pic captures the Ryan that everyone knew and loved, taken by yours truly one warm spring night circa Y2K. We were at a party and i invited him over since he was always the life of 'em.... He brought his own PBR 40's individually wrapped in the paper bags, and we ended up playing rocks/paper/scissors for punches (which began a much over-played deal between us as the years rolled by) We ended this night at a strip club called Union Jacks down the street where i got his favorite girl "Lux" to give him some extra special attention while i ate my steak bites and laughed at him. He will be missed by many. RIP.

That's an awesome story - hope you're feeling better Xtina. The service and party were very emotionally pitched, and somehow balls-out rocking at the same time - ever so appropriate. My guess is that Ryan would've wanted it that way.
Clearly you were one of his dearest friends. Take care.

Oh, and thanks for the photo, which I brazenly stole from Ryan's MySpace page!

My pleasure. But all the thanks is owed to you my friend, for being such a good shoulder to cry on. Sorry if there was much snot involved, i was sort of beside myself in grief, while somehow simultaneously having such a great time with all the folks i hadn't seen nearly enough. it truly was a crazy emotionally charged event, hopefully nothing i'll ever have to do again.
